From Factory to Your Premises

We will supervise your FOB* consignment and see it safely delivered to the pre-selected shipping depot. We will handle all documentation ensuring it adheres to all necessary trading laws and regulations. Your project manager will visit the factory before, during and after your goods are packed to carry out an inspection to ensure your merchandise is delivered to you as per specifications and in good order.

We have extensive shipping knowledge and can discuss the most effective methods available to you. We will consider the size of your consignment and your time frame before making our recommendations. Another important consideration is cost, we can advise you how to best minimize your freight costs.

If you choose, we will arrange for your consignment to be collected in your country and delivered to your place of business. Depending on the value of the goods and the country of destination custom clearance maybe necessary.

We will track your consignment from the time it is dispatched until you take delivery. We will use our shipping knowledge to expedite your delivery removing the time and frustration that can be associated with shipping from an off shore centre. *FOB is an acronym for Free On Board, it is a trade term requiring the seller to deliver goods on board a vessel designated by the buyer.  The seller fulfills its obligations to deliver when the goods have passed over the ship's rail.
